South Central Council of Governments

South Central Council of Governments works with local entities in the Huerfano and Las Animas counties in numerous ways, including assisting with grant application to both state and local agencies and setting up community-need programs, such as meals for senior citizens, transportation services, day care services, and housing rehabilitation.
